Contact forms store your name, business email, optional company, enquiry and consent so the agency can review and respond. Subscription requests are separate and remain pending until email delivery and confirmation are configured. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Vendor marketplace

Vendor profiles store legal business identity, registration, country, business address and private contact details for agency review. Published product listings show the business display name, product origin, dispatch information and trade specifications. Vendor contact fields and PDF evidence are not public. Product photographs become public only while the relevant listing and vendor are approved.

Buyer quotation requests share the supplied contact, delivery and importer details with the relevant vendor and authorised agency staff after the buyer consents. Private quotation messages and versioned approvals stay within that transaction. Parcel rate requests require a separate confirmation before sender and recipient addresses are sent to Shippo. Freight portal links open an external service whose privacy terms apply. Payment and carrier purchases are disabled.

Secure website accounts

Website accounts store your email, display name, password hash, verification status and security records in the protected database. Passwords are hashed with scrypt and are never stored in plain text. Verification and password-reset emails are sent only when you request those account actions and email service is configured. Account email is separate from marketing consent. Secure, HTTP-only session cookies expire after eight hours. Unverified accounts cannot access private workspaces.

Your choices

Use the contact form with the topic “Other” to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of subscription consent. The agency must verify ownership before acting on another person’s record. No confirmation or marketing email is sent by the current forms.

Optional AI processing

Guided chat answers use the site’s written guidance. Live AI research requires the AI connection and consent. A question and any explicitly selected saved workflow context may be processed by the AI service. Attached files are not automatically sent. Keep bank, identity and other sensitive documents out of chat.

Project records

Sourcing projects, documents and approvals use signed-in identity and role-based access. A request-board summary excludes buyer contacts and references. The owner controls hosting access. Application roles and membership checks protect projects and the trade board.
